Jones Stephens Cable Saws are a great way to cut PVC/DWV pipe, plastic drainage and irrigation tubing in tight constricted areas where other cutting tools simply cant. Strong loop handles on each end of the tool provide firm grip as you slide the tool back and forth across the plastic pipe/tubing using friction to cut it.
