Jones Stephens Cable Saws are a great way to cut PVC/DWV pipe, plastic drainage and irrigation tubing in tight constricted areas where other cutting tools simply cant. Strong comfortable T-handles on each end of the tool provide firm grip as you slide the tool back and forth across the plastic pipe/tubing using friction to cut it.
